What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams to implement new clients successfully
• Plan, execute, and close implementation projects including requirements documentation and client communications
• Manage contracts, resource allocation, and process quality validation
• Serve as first point of contact for client escalations during onboarding
• Develop strategies to achieve account ramp-up goals and prioritize accounts
• Communicate complex technical information clearly to diverse audiences

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near Barcelona, Spain
• Native or near-native German language skills
• Fluency in English (written and oral)
• Proven experience managing and delivering projects internationally
• Experience implementing products to clients, preferably in travel or SaaS
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Studies in Project Management
• Experience in the travel industry
• Prior SaaS implementation experience
