What you will do

• Lead end-to-end execution of new initiatives following handover from Global Initiative Leaders.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including R&D, Packaging, Quality, and external Third Party Manufacturers.
• Ensure project delivery meets quality, cost, quantity, and On-Time-In-Full performance targets.
• Identify and manage project risks, communicating issues to leadership when necessary.
• Track project KPIs, conduct root-cause investigations, and lead post-mortem analysis.
• Drive continuous process improvement and operational efficiency across the supply chain.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain project management.
• Must be able to work from the Barcelona Hub.
• Proven track record working with Third Party Manufacturers.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence across organizational levels.
• Proficiency in English is required for this role.
• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP.
• Proficiency with Microsoft software tools.
