What you will do

• Drive project governance and execution, ensuring projects stay on timeline and within scope.
• Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical project teams.
• Manage project team onboarding, role clarification, and requirement gathering.
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT), release coordination, and cutover activities.
• Facilitate change management to ensure smooth technology adoption and training.
• Track project progress, monitor risks, and collect feedback for continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in managing IT projects
• Proven experience managing global stakeholders
• Strong expertise in the Salesforce environment and digital tools
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Fluent English proficiency required

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP
• Familiarity with CPQ and Jira
