Project Manager

Location: Remote, work across the globe. Company has offices in Madrid and Seville.

What you will do

• Define scope of work, identify resources, set goals, develop schedules, and track/report progress for key projects.
• Drive implementation of multiple, complex project management initiatives with cross-functional teams.
• Communicate with stakeholders, executive and senior management, and provide reporting insights through root cause analyses.
• Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Coach, mentor, motivate, and supervise project team members and contractors.
• Refine project approach to be leveraged by junior Project Managers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3-5 years of experience in project management.
• 5+ years of experience creating and driving large-scale technology and data-driven project management transformation plans.
• Advanced knowledge of business applications like Microsoft Word, Excel, Project, and Teams.
• English: B2+ (Excellent verbal and written communication).
• Demonstrated expertise in Release Management, including scope alignment, prioritization, and planning.
• Experience in risk management, identifying problems and creating mitigation plans.
