What you will do

• Lead planning and execution of generative AI projects ensuring scope, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining client relationships.
• Deliver projects on time and to quality benchmarks through disciplined operational management.
• Drive accurate forecasting and proactive risk mitigation to protect delivery commitments.
• Align internal teams, contributors, and clients to ensure clarity of expectations and execution standards.
• Identify bottlenecks and apply data-driven operational decisions to improve productivity and quality.
• Establish structured project closure practices and drive scalability of delivery models.

Requirements

• Location: Must be able to work remotely from Mexico or Spain.
• 4+ years experience in project management, technical operations, or AI/ML data programs.
• Familiarity with generative AI, large language models, and AI training data projects preferred.
• Strong planning, organization, stakeholder communication, risk management, and forecasting skills.
• Working knowledge of Excel or SQL; basic coding or data skills preferred.
• Project Management qualification (ideally PMP).

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Computer Science, Linguistics, Engineering, or Data Science; advanced degree a plus.
