What you will do

  • Grow and manage a specialist desk within the water infrastructure sector.
  • Execute proactive sales outreach and build long-term relationships with new clients.
  • Recruit high-quality professionals for roles including Site Engineers, Project Managers, and Quantity Surveyors.
  • Engage in daily telephone-focused sales activities to expand your market presence.
  • Collaborate with an award-winning team to hit ambitious performance targets.

Requirements

  • Must be able to work on-site at our Whiteley office in Fareham.
  • Demonstrable experience or strong aptitude for a sales-led, telephone-focused role.
  • Resilience and a proactive, results-oriented mindset.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to providing a customer-centric service.
  • Ability to thrive in a process-driven environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in recruitment or the water/civil engineering sector.
  • Existing knowledge of the white-collar contract recruitment market.
