What you will do

• Maintain and administer Salesforce CRM, ensuring high standards of data quality and hygiene.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards within Salesforce.
• Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to track lead performance and campaign ROI.
• Assist with the global Salesforce integration project.
• Deliver Salesforce training for new starters.
• Work with Finance, Customer Service and Commercial teams to resolve operational queries.

Requirements

• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred).
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables and Lookups.
• Ability to build reports and dashboards.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines

Nice to have

• Salesforce administration experience.
• Power BI experience.
• B2B sales or commercial environment experience.
