What you will do

• Define personas, user journeys, and service blueprints to guide product development.
• Conduct user research and apply insights to inform design decisions.
• Create and deliver product visualizations from wireframes to high-fidelity designs.
• Develop prototypes to validate design concepts and communicate with stakeholders.
• Collaborate on UI experiments, A/B testing, and evaluate performance data.
• Support product vision and roadmaps in partnership with Product Leads and Owners.

Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience in digital product design within an Agile setting.
• Proven track record of designing high-quality digital consumer products.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, or Adobe Suite.
• Experience with rapid prototyping and experimentation methodologies.
• Strong collaboration skills to work across multidisciplinary squads.
• Must be based in the Philippines.
