What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design of monetisation experiences across self-serve and enterprise segments.
• Design and run data-driven experiments focused on conversion, retention, and expansion.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including PM, Engineering, Data Analysts, and Marketing.
• Translate behavioural data and user feedback into intuitive design solutions.
• Conduct user research, interviews, and usability tests to identify friction points.
• Mentor other designers and advocate for scalable monetisation design standards.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience in B2B SaaS or growth-focused roles.
• Proven impact designing monetisation surfaces for self-serve and enterprise buyers.
• Experience with data-driven experiments and analytics interpretation.
• Strong understanding of SaaS monetisation and pricing concepts.
• Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools; experience with AI tools for design acceleration.
• Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
