What you will do

• Design digital marketing assets, focusing on high-converting web and mobile landing pages, paid ads, and lifecycle emails.
• Collaborate with performance marketers, copywriters, and growth teams to produce creative aligned with each stage of the funnel.
• Utilize data tools like A/B testing, heatmaps, and engagement metrics to analyze performance and inform design iterations.
• Stay updated on social trends and cultural moments to inspire timely, topical creative.
• Help shape scalable design systems by building and maintaining templates, working files, and a shared asset library.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a digital designer, with a standout portfolio showcasing wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
• Highly proficient in Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Possess a sharp eye for design fundamentals including layout, typography, spacing, and accessibility.
• Be confident interpreting briefs, managing your own workflow, and hitting deadlines.
• Demonstrate a collaborative team player attitude, comfortable working cross-functionally and giving/receiving feedback.
