• Cross-team interaction and internal products: process requests from other streams and help optimize their internal processes through design.
• Funnel Builder: create, launch, and scale marketing funnels without involving developers (no-code/low-code logic).
• Develop the Design System as a living and scalable tool.

Требования

• Figma Advanced: mastery of Auto Layouts, components, Properties, Variables, and complex prototyping.
• System Thinker: understanding the product as a whole system.
• Product Mindset: distinguishing between "beautiful" and "effective for business".
• Critical Thinking: always asking "Why are we doing this?".
• Proactive: noticing weak spots in the interface and suggesting improvements.
• Effective Communicator: able to argue their point of view without toxicity.
