What you will do

• Lead user research and behavior analysis to identify opportunities for enhancing customer value.
• Collaborate strategically to set OKRs and prioritize innovative product features based on industry trends.
• Lead and mentor team members to ensure alignment on customer problems and consistent design quality.
• Utilize design systems and AI-powered workflows to streamline UI and increase task efficiency.
• Conduct rapid prototyping for quick iteration and validation of design concepts.
• Partner cross-functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, and Sales for cohesive user experiences.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design.
• Proven experience conducting user research and utilizing data to guide design decisions.
• Proficiency in prototyping tools such as Figma or Axure.
• Experience working in an agile environment and collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
• Comfortable leveraging AI tools for research, ideation, and workflow efficiency.
• Ability to design with a component library and focus on usability best practices.
