What you will do

• Manage operational processes and multiple concurrent initiatives for research programs and events.
• Maintain governance frameworks, compliance, and process documentation in partnership with procurement and legal teams.
• Oversee research tool management, including licensing, access, AI tooling, and automation pilots.
• Organize and maintain knowledge management resources such as best practices, templates, and research repositories.
• Ensure effective communication of research insights through newsletters and structured channels.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows related to researcher access and tools.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States and work PST hours
• 2+ years experience in research operations, user research, or related operational roles.
• Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently, embrace ambiguity, and deliver organized results.
• English proficiency: at least B2 level

Nice to have

• Experience with research platforms like UserTesting, Qualtrics, and participant recruitment services.
• Background in UX research or insights.
• Experience building or iterating on AI assistants, agents, and workflows.
• Familiarity with AI vendor tools and enterprise copilots for operational efficiency.
