What you will do

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver business value within an agile Tribe framework.
• Oversee end-to-end project planning, including scope, cost, resource management, and governance.
• Collaborate across BT lines and with external suppliers to ensure coherent outcomes.
• Manage stakeholder engagement and negotiate priorities to drive successful delivery.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues affecting component or team performance.
• Facilitate retrospectives to continuously improve delivery processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering medium to large technology projects (<£5m).
• Deep understanding of agile frameworks and experience with hybrid or waterfall delivery environments.
• Ability to lead project teams and provide effective direction.
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience working with Director-level leadership.
• Experience in shaping projects and proactively resolving conflicts through negotiation and influence.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to convey complex information simply.
