What you will do

• Architect and deploy multi-agent systems to automate end-to-end marketing processes.
• Build and manage agent-driven email frameworks for autonomous personalization and optimization.
• Develop AI-powered content pipelines that adapt core assets across various formats.
• Define and implement human-in-the-loop protocols and governance systems for AI outputs.
• Create bi-directional integrations between AI agents and the internal marketing toolkit.
• Monitor and refine AI agent performance, including latency, cost, and output quality.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations, Growth Engineering, or GTM Systems.
• Proven track record of building complex automations that improve marketing efficiency.
• Practical experience with AI orchestration tools such as n8n, LangChain, or Make.
• Deep understanding of LLM APIs and advanced prompt engineering techniques.
• Experience with high-volume email deliverability, CRM data hygiene, and attribution modeling.
• Strong systems thinking abilities with a focus on probabilistic agentic behavior.
