What you will do

• Build practical AI-powered tools and automations for GTM and internal operations teams.
• Connect data across business tools, databases, APIs, and communication platforms.
• Turn business problems into working prototypes and iterate based on utility.
• Create workflows that monitor signals, detect opportunities, and trigger automated actions.
• Partner with stakeholders to define requirements, scope MVPs, and measure impact.
• Maintain and improve existing AI tools to ensure reliability, security, and documentation.

Requirements

• Proven experience in engineering or strong AI-assisted building.
• Strong AI fluency with LLMs, agents, prompts, and tool calls.
• Experience working with databases, data pipelines, webhooks, and APIs.
• Ability to build reliable, maintainable, and secure solutions.
• Strong product and business judgment to translate vague requests into technical solutions.
• Comfort working with non-technical stakeholders.
