TL;DR

What you will do

  • Lead the Talent Development Centre of Excellence to drive global strategy for leadership development and performance management.
  • Design and govern enterprise frameworks for succession planning and talent reviews.
  • Define and implement an organization-wide learning strategy and manage education budgets.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on organizational design, culture, and capability priorities.
  • Drive the integration of change management principles into organizational development initiatives.
  • Manage and mentor a team of talent development professionals.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in senior HR leadership or consultancy roles with a specific focus on Talent and Organizational Development.
  • Expertise in organizational design, change management, and leadership development.
  • Strong consulting and influencing skills at the senior leadership level.
  • Familiarity with HCM systems, LMS, and employee listening platforms.
  • Ability to utilize data and insights for decision-making.
