What you will do

• Deliver and coordinate HR operational services for clients across time management, benefits, pensions, insurances, and employee administration.
• Act as a subject matter expert for complex HR and compliance matters.
• Support the design and implementation of HR BPO processes, standards, local operating models, and documentation.
• Drive process improvements and HR transformation initiatives.
• Maintain process documentation and support onboarding and training.
• Collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure service quality and identify optimization opportunities.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in HR and/or payroll outsourcing, BPO, or a corporate HR environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee lifecycle processes, and Danish employment regulations.
• Experience managing client relationships and service delivery.
• Understanding of SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluency in English and Danish.

Nice to have

• Experience in HR or payroll BPO environments.
• Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, HR analytics, or automation tools.
• Professional HR or payroll certifications.
• Interest in process improvement and operational excellence.
