What you will do

  • Lead HR transformation projects centered on process optimization and digital employee experience.
  • Define and implement global and local HR BPO process standards to ensure operational consistency.
  • Act as the subject matter expert and final escalation point for complex HR cases.
  • Develop and maintain the Local Target Operating Model in coordination with global teams.
  • Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to manage change-order processes and operational alignment.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in HR and/or Payroll outsourcing within a BPO or corporate environment.
  • Fluency in English and Danish (written and spoken) is strictly required.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes including time management, benefits, pensions, and insurance.
  • Deep understanding of HR compliance and local Danish regulations.
  • Experience managing client relationships and monitoring service performance against SLAs and KPIs.
  • Proven ability to guide teams and manage priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.

Nice to have

  • Professional certifications such as CPP, CPS, or CPM.
  • Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP Payroll systems.
  • Knowledge of contact-centre technologies, HR analytics, or automation tools.
