What you will do
- Lead HR transformation projects centered on process optimization and digital employee experience.
- Define and implement global and local HR BPO process standards to ensure operational consistency.
- Act as the subject matter expert and final escalation point for complex HR cases.
- Develop and maintain the Local Target Operating Model in coordination with global teams.
- Identify and lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service delivery and efficiency.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to manage change-order processes and operational alignment.
Requirements
- 5–8 years of experience in HR and/or Payroll outsourcing within a BPO or corporate environment.
- Fluency in English and Danish (written and spoken) is strictly required.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes including time management, benefits, pensions, and insurance.
- Deep understanding of HR compliance and local Danish regulations.
- Experience managing client relationships and monitoring service performance against SLAs and KPIs.
- Proven ability to guide teams and manage priorities in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting.
Nice to have
- Professional certifications such as CPP, CPS, or CPM.
- Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors or SAP Payroll systems.
- Knowledge of contact-centre technologies, HR analytics, or automation tools.
