HR Traniee

Location: Remote from Denmark (WFH); fixed-term, part-time, approximately 15–20 hours per week

Salary: 180–200 DKK per hour

What you will do

• Support the HR Manager in delivering the people agenda for the Benelux & Nordics region.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including vacancy communications, CV screening, interviews, onboarding plans, and job description updates.
• Support HR processes, including annual HPM and DSP activities, reporting, data analysis, surveys, and organizational chart updates.
• Assist with inclusion and diversity, wellbeing, engagement, HR training, and local HR events.
• Maintain accurate records, document retention, local handbooks, presentations, and HR administration.
• Participate in regional and global HR meetings and support ad hoc HR projects.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of overall work experience.
• Good computer skills, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially and with discretion.
• Strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, organizational, multitasking, and ownership skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively across local and global teams.
• Fluent Danish and English, both written and verbal, are required.

Nice to have

• Degree in humanities, business, or a similar field.
