Senior Manager, Total Rewards

What you will do

• Own and drive the annual Long-Term Incentive process end to end.
• Act as process owner for the global Merit cycle, ensuring effective governance and smooth execution.
• Manage salary structures and support their ongoing market competitiveness.
• Continue hirify.global’s work on EU Pay Transparency readiness and its practical implementation.
• Conduct job evaluations using the Mercer IPE methodology to support global job architecture.
• Partner with business leaders on reward topics and contribute to the development of hirify.global’s reward philosophy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards.
• Experience in a larger international or matrix organization.
• Hands-on experience with merit, bonus, and/or Long-Term Incentive processes.
• Experience with job evaluation and global job architecture; Mercer IPE knowledge is advantageous.
• Familiarity with EU Pay Transparency requirements and their practical implications.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
