What you will do

• Plan and execute multi-step outreach campaigns via LinkedIn and email.
• Implement and manage marketing automation workflows for lead capture, nurturing, and qualification.
• Optimize landing pages and campaign journeys to convert interest into qualified leads.
• Manage CRM segmentation, lifecycle stages, and lead scoring.
• Leverage AI tools and automation to enhance personalization and operational efficiency.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify optimization opportunities for pipeline growth.

Requirements

• Must be based in South Africa with legal right to work.
• Experience in B2B SaaS marketing, growth marketing, or demand generation.
• Strong proficiency with HubSpot and data reporting/analysis.
• Skilled in automation platforms such as Zapier, Make.com, or HubSpot workflows.
• Proven experience running multi-step campaigns across email and LinkedIn.
• Excellent writing and copy editing skills.
