What you will do

• Own and manage multilingual SEM campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Bing targeting global markets.
• Plan, execute, and optimize LinkedIn Ads campaigns for demand generation among target ICPs.
• Manage and optimize paid media budgets exceeding €500K annually ensuring strong ROI.
• Drive conversion rate optimization initiatives via A/B testing on landing pages and website flows.
• Build reporting frameworks linking paid media performance to pipeline and revenue.
• Collaborate with BDRs, Sales, and Product Marketing to align campaigns with ICP targeting and revenue goals.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Cairo or willing to relocate to Alexandria, Egypt
• 5+ years of experience in paid media management with expertise in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Proven experience managing large paid media budgets (€500K+) with focus on ROI.
• Experience running multilingual B2B campaigns in SaaS or tech environments.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to build dashboards and interpret attribution models.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).

• Fluency in German, French, or Spanish.
• Experience collaborating with BDRs or Sales teams in pipeline-focused marketing.
• Familiarity with AI-driven marketing tools and automation platforms.
