What you will do

  • Research and identify target companies and decision-makers for outbound prospecting
  • Run cold outreach sequences via email, LinkedIn, and phone with personalized messaging
  • Qualify inbound leads and respond quickly to demo requests
  • Book 8-10 qualified meetings per month and hand off opportunities with full context
  • Maintain clean CRM data in HubSpot and collaborate with Marketing on campaigns
  • Develop sales skills and participate in coaching sessions for growth toward Account Executive role

Requirements

  • Location: Must be able to work with clients in Poland, Germany, US, and UK
  • Strong written and verbal communication in Polish and English
  • Comfort with cold outreach and managing high daily activity volume
  • Curiosity about B2B SaaS, enterprise sales, and internal communication
  • Basic familiarity with LinkedIn, email tools, and CRM concepts

Nice to have

  • Any sales, recruitment, or business development experience
  • Experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or outreach tools
  • Interest in HR Tech, Employee Experience, or Internal Communication
  • Knowledge of consultative selling or challenger sale methodology
