What you will do
- Collaborate with AI/ML scientists and architects to research, design, and evaluate generative AI solutions.
- Engage directly with customers to understand business problems and guide them on adoption patterns and paths to production.
- Create best practice recommendations, tutorials, sample code, and technical presentations for various stakeholders.
- Provide market and customer feedback to product and engineering teams to shape future product direction.
- Design and run experiments to optimize risk, profitability, and customer experience using state-of-the-art algorithms.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- 4+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives and technologists to solve business problems.
- 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and operating cloud solutions in a production environment.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python to build, train, and evaluate models.
- Proven experience managing and deploying ML products.
Nice to have
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.
- Deep expertise in machine learning, statistics, and deep learning.
- Experience architecting or operating solutions specifically built on AWS.
- Strong ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
