What you will do

• Collaborate with AI/ML scientists and architects to research, design, and evaluate generative AI solutions.
• Engage directly with customers to understand business problems and guide them on adoption patterns and paths to production.
• Create best practice recommendations, tutorials, sample code, and technical presentations for various stakeholders.
• Provide market and customer feedback to product and engineering teams to shape future product direction.
• Design and run experiments to optimize risk, profitability, and customer experience using state-of-the-art algorithms.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 4+ years of customer-facing work engaging with executives and technologists to solve business problems.
• 5+ years of experience in designing, building, and operating cloud solutions in a production environment.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Python to build, train, and evaluate models.
• Proven experience managing and deploying ML products.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent.
• Deep expertise in machine learning, statistics, and deep learning.
• Experience architecting or operating solutions specifically built on AWS.
• Strong ability to communicate complex technical ideas to non-technical audiences.
