What you will do

• Design end-to-end AI/ML architectures including data pipelines and model deployment patterns.
• Lead the evaluation and selection of AI tools, cloud platforms, and frameworks.
• Define governance frameworks and best practices for responsible AI usage.
• Provide expert guidance across the full ML lifecycle from data preparation to monitoring.
• Oversee technical design for AI projects to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.
• Mentor engineers and collaborate with stakeholders to shape long-term AI strategy.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI engineering.
• 3+ years in a senior or principal-level architectural role.
• Strong proficiency in Python and frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-Learn.
• Hands-on experience with Cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps tools.
• Expertise in LLM architectures, fine-tuning, and vector database technologies.
• Must be located in Canada.
