What you will do

• Define and execute the enterprise-wide AI strategy to optimize product capabilities and operational efficiency.
• Lead and mentor a team of data scientists and ML engineers in a culture of experimentation and delivery excellence.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to embed predictive insights, anomaly detection, and automation into the product portfolio.
• Drive the development of scalable machine learning pipelines and data platforms for large-scale telemetry data.
• Operationalize models in production environments using modern MLOps practices.
• Advise executive leadership on AI trends, investment priorities, and long-term business roadmaps.

Requirements

• Graduate degree in computer science, software engineering, applied mathematics, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in analytics or data science, with 5+ years in senior leadership roles.
• Proven experience delivering machine learning capabilities within production SaaS or enterprise software products.
• Strong understanding of statistical modeling, supervised learning, time-series analysis, and deep learning.
• Experience with large-scale data platforms and cloud environments like Azure or AWS.
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate complex analytical concepts into product value.
