TL;DR

CRM Executive (Medtech): Driving patient retention and lifecycle marketing for a digital healthcare platform with an accent on personalized multi-channel communication and data-driven segmentation. Focus on executing automated CRM flows, optimizing A/B tests, and ensuring consistent brand empathy across email and SMS touchpoints.

Location: Hybrid (must be able to attend the Old Street office in London 3 days a week)

What you will do

  • Execute and scale CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other owned channels using ESP tools.
  • Develop segmentation strategies to deliver highly personalized, behavior-based patient content.
  • Own and optimize automated lifecycle flows, including onboarding, follow-up, and winback campaigns.
  • Collaborate with brand, medical, and creative teams to ensure empathy, clarity, and consistency.
  • Conduct A/B testing to refine open, click-through, and conversion performance metrics.
  • Analyze CRM performance and manage database hygiene while ensuring GDPR compliance.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, ideally within a DTC or healthcare brand.
  • Proven hands-on experience with ESPs such as Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, or similar tools.
  • Understanding of GDPR regulations and email marketing best practices.
  • Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools for content preparation.
  • Proactive approach to utilizing AI tools for workflow and creative optimization.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in the healthcare or clinical wellness sector.
  • Strong interest in human-centered design communication.
