What you will do
- Execute and scale CRM campaigns across email, SMS, and other owned channels using ESP tools.
- Develop segmentation strategies to deliver highly personalized, behavior-based patient content.
- Own and optimize automated lifecycle flows, including onboarding, follow-up, and winback campaigns.
- Collaborate with brand, medical, and creative teams to ensure empathy, clarity, and consistency.
- Conduct A/B testing to refine open, click-through, and conversion performance metrics.
- Analyze CRM performance and manage database hygiene while ensuring GDPR compliance.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing, ideally within a DTC or healthcare brand.
- Proven hands-on experience with ESPs such as Customer.io, Braze, or Iterable.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Google Analytics, Looker, or similar tools.
- Understanding of GDPR regulations and email marketing best practices.
- Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools for content preparation.
- Proactive approach to utilizing AI tools for workflow and creative optimization.

- Previous experience in the healthcare or clinical wellness sector.
