What you will do

• Define and execute multi-channel strategies across Paid Search, Social, Display, and App campaigns.
• Own the annual performance marketing budget and drive P&L accountability to meet growth targets.
• Lead incrementality testing and media mix modeling to accurately measure channel ROI.
• Collaborate with Finance and Analytics teams to translate channel data into actionable financial insights.
• Mentor and develop the Performance Marketing team to ensure high-level execution and career progression.
• Oversee agency relationships to drive accountability and optimize media spend efficiency.

Requirements

• Senior leadership experience in performance marketing, ideally within a high-growth B2C or marketplace environment.
• Proven track record of managing and optimizing multi-million dollar annual budgets.
• Deep technical expertise in Paid Search (PPC), Paid Social, and core SEO/ASO principles.
• Strong analytical and modeling skills, including extensive experience with incrementality testing.
• Ability to work from the London office in a hybrid capacity.
• Outstanding communication skills capable of presenting performance metrics to executive stakeholders.
