TL;DR

Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead: Shaping the positioning and market launch of emerging verticals in digital healthcare, focusing on crafting compelling brand narratives and designing clear value propositions. Focus on translating patient insights into effective product lines and guiding creative direction for campaigns across all touchpoints.

Location: Hybrid setup with 3 days a week in our Old Street office, London, UK. Candidates must be able to work in the UK.

What you will do

  • Build the unifying Juniper brand narrative across various health conditions and products.
  • Develop emotionally resonant angles for each new product line, articulating its meaning and patient benefits.
  • Translate patient insights, clinical signals, and usage patterns into clear value propositions, bundles, and membership concepts.
  • Design and test new vertical propositions, including positioning, messaging, and creative hooks.
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, CRM, and design teams to embed propositions across patient journeys.
  • Guide creative direction for campaigns, landing pages, in-product surfaces, and lifecycle messaging.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, proposition design, or product marketing.
  • Ability to turn complex problems into simple, compelling storytelling.
  • Experience building propositions, positioning, naming, and creative direction from 0→1.
  • Comfortable with both creative ideation and rigorous strategic thinking.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, CRM, and clinical teams.
  • Motivated by impact and deeply cares about building empathetic brands.

Nice to have

  • Experience in women’s health, wellness, or consumer health.
  • Shaped or launched connected product ecosystems.
  • Brings a creative background (copywriting, brand design, creative strategy).
