TL;DR

Go-to-Market (GTM) Lead (MedTech): Leading brand strategy, creative direction, and proposition development for new digital healthcare verticals with an accent on emotionally resonant storytelling and clear value propositions. Focus on shaping the Juniper narrative, designing cross-functional product journeys, and scaling evidence-based care across global markets.

Location: Must be based in London or able to commute to the Old Street office for a hybrid setup (3 days/week).

A rapidly growing international digital healthcare company building a preventive ecosystem across women's health, men's health, and wellness.

What you will do

  • Build a unifying brand architecture and narrative for the company's product verticals.
  • Develop emotionally resonant angles and clear value propositions for new product lines.
  • Partner with product, CRM, design, and growth teams to embed propositions across patient journeys.
  • Guide creative direction for campaigns, landing pages, and lifecycle messaging.
  • Translate patient research and clinical signals into actionable growth strategies.
  • Define the playbook for bringing new medical verticals to market from 0 to 1.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in brand strategy, creative strategy, proposition design, or product marketing.
  • Proven ability to turn complex problems into simple, compelling storytelling.
  • Experience building products from 0 to 1, including positioning and naming.
  • Comfort working cross-functionally with product, design, and clinical teams.
  • Strong background in both creative ideation and rigorous strategic thinking.
  • Must be able to work from the London office 3 days per week.

Nice to have

  • Experience in women’s health, wellness, or consumer health.
  • Background in shaping or launching connected product ecosystems.
  • Creative background in copywriting, brand design, or creative strategy.
