• Drive strategic conversations including with C-suite stakeholders.
• Lead, coach, and mentor delivery teams to maintain excellence and streamline workflows.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Atlanta, GA, USA
• 8+ years professional experience with strong hands-on software implementation and leadership.
• Expert-level Agile methodology knowledge.
• Experience managing multiple external clients and departments.
• Bachelor's degree and strong English communication skills.
• 6+ years experience in Financial Services or Banking is a strong plus.
