Compensation: $224,000 – $358,500

What you will do
- Define and drive the design vision, principles, and north-star experiences for global checkout and merchandising funnels.
- Build, lead, and mentor a multi-disciplinary team of product designers, researchers, and content strategists.
- Partner cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Data, and Marketing to shape roadmaps and ship iterative improvements.
- Apply quantitative and qualitative insights—including experimentation and user research—to optimize conversion and customer satisfaction.
- Integrate AI-driven systems and ML concepts into product design workflows to improve operational efficiency and personalization.
- Scale complex design systems across multiple brands, products, and surfaces.
Requirements
- 10+ years of professional experience in digital product design for consumer or enterprise platforms.
- Proven track record of leading and managing large, multi-disciplinary design teams and senior contributors.
- Demonstrated expertise in checkout, payments, or complex transactional e-commerce flows.
- Strong portfolio showcasing shipped work in information architecture, interaction, and visual design at scale.
- Experience utilizing data, A/B testing, and research to inform design decisions.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.

- Master’s degree in Design, HCI, or related field.
- Experience leading multi-region or multi-brand design initiatives.
- Fluency in additional languages.
- Advanced knowledge of implementing responsible AI/ML solutions in customer-facing products.
