What you will do

• Lead and scale a multi-disciplinary design team fostering innovation and collaboration
• Define and drive design vision aligned with company objectives and user-centered principles
• Guide design strategy and execution on complex hardware-software integrated projects
• Ensure delivery of high-quality design solutions and support team to meet goals
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Industrial Design, UXR, and Analytics teams
• Advocate for design thinking, accessibility, and inclusivity across the organization

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from the USA (New York City headquarters)
• 12+ years in product design with 6+ years in leadership roles
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design leadership and outcomes
• Experience defining and executing long-term design strategies impacting business KPIs
• Proficiency in modern design tools including Figma and prototyping software
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and team mentorship skills
