• Engage regularly with customers to understand their needs and pain points.
• Elevate design craft and mentor fellow designers as a thought leader.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States or Canada (BC & ON only)
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience leading complex initiatives in a remote environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
• Familiarity with web design, content management platforms, web standards, and accessibility.
• Growth mindset and comfort with ambiguity, including fluency in emerging technologies like AI.
