What you will do
- Identify GTM bottlenecks and partner with RevOps, Sales, Marketing, and CS to design AI-driven solutions.
- Create AI-powered automations, copilots, and agents to support GTM teams.
- Design and maintain scalable data pipelines integrating multiple marketing and sales platforms.
- Implement systems to measure campaign, channel, and program effectiveness.
- Develop automated workflows to improve internal operations.
- Innovate and pilot new tools, integrations, and AI workflows.
Requirements
- Must have 5+ years experience in Marketing Analyst or technical Marketing Operations/RevOps roles.
- Proficient in coding with Python and SQL, and working with APIs; data engineering or ETL experience is a plus.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce architecture and fluency with GTM tools like HubSpot, Outreach, Gong, and automation platforms.
- Strong ability to translate business problems into maintainable system solutions with high data quality standards.
- Proven experience scaling processes across global marketing teams.
- Self-starter comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative, and remote environments.
