What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive analyses of cyber compensation trends across private and public sectors.
• Design, enhance, and maintain Business Intelligence dashboards to support policy oversight.
• Support the lifecycle of data engineering activities, improving the quality and accessibility of workforce data.
• Provide technical recommendations to optimize compensation programs and oversight policies.
• Implement data model enhancements aligned with emerging requirements and policy shifts.
• Manage data acquisition, governance, and privacy protection protocols for personnel data models.

Requirements

• Active Secret Security Clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, computer science, statistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of professional experience in data analytics or workforce analysis supporting federal or defense organizations.
• Proven experience working with structured data sources and data governance practices.
• Demonstrated ability to support BI dashboards and reporting for high-level program oversight.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Prior experience at the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) level.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SharePoint development and administration.
• Advanced skills in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
