What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade Power BI dashboards and self-service reporting solutions.
• Create efficient DAX calculations and data models to ensure high-performance reporting.
• Lead the fulfillment of scheduled and ad hoc analytical requests for leadership and operational teams.
• Streamline analytical workflows using Python or R to enhance data quality and process efficiency.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business needs into technical requirements.
• Identify and resolve data quality issues to strengthen organizational analytical maturity.

Requirements

• 4-8 years of professional experience in data analytics or business intelligence.
• Expert-level proficiency in Power BI including DAX and performance optimization.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience in cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake.
• Demonstrated experience using Python or R for statistical analysis and automation.
• Must have legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and communicate concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
