What you will do

  • Execute data governance processes to rationalize and conform data concepts and complete related documentation.
  • Document requirements and source-to-target mappings of conformed values.
  • Perform data analysis and design data models, frameworks, and structures.
  • Educate stakeholders on data governance topics and draft policies and standards.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to drive solutions and gain buy-in for data strategy.
  • Lead strategic projects such as Reference Data Management and Master Data Management.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be authorized to work in the US; no visa sponsorship provided.
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in data governance or related fields.
  • Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of insurance industry data and business needs.
  • Excellent communication skills, including preparation of executive materials.
  • Ability to build effective partnerships and drive consensus across teams and seniority levels.
