What you will do

  • Guide analytics to clarify trends, tradeoffs, and actionable implications.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and tools for recurring ministry processes including forecasting and performance tracking.
  • Conduct cross-functional data analysis to uncover trends and insights.
  • Design and optimize Tableau dashboards collaborating with data engineers.
  • Translate analytics projects into clear technical requirements and lead stakeholder discovery conversations.
  • Partner with leaders to design analytical deliverables supporting ongoing decision-making.

Requirements

  • Must be located on-site in Edmond, Oklahoma, United States.
  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, or related quantitative field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in financial planning, data analysis, or business intelligence.
  • Technical proficiency in SQL, Tableau, and data visualization tools.
  • Excellent communication skills to explain complex analyses clearly and foster partnerships.
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
