What you will do

• Creatively solve business problems through consistent reporting and analysis to deliver insights on attracting, developing, and retaining associates.
• Uncover insights from quantitative and qualitative data to tell stories and influence outcomes across a wide range of stakeholders.
• Deliver critical analytical products and services, such as the Talent Supply Chain model.
• Provide support to senior HR Partner and Recruiting leadership, including proactive identification and solutioning of critical business problems.
• Work with internal partners within the People Analytics function and HR.
• Influence product and analytics roadmaps, ensuring Sales & Services priorities drive People Analytics priorities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional experience in analytics, HR, and/or consulting.
• Demonstrated ability to solve complex/unstructured business problems through curiosity.
• Extreme attention to detail in the support of the production of executive-ready content.
• Ability to translate insights into actionable solutions using data and business economics.
• Ability to clearly and succinctly communicate with senior leadership to drive decisions.
• Proven track record of establishing trusted partner relationships and influencing leaders.
• Must be located within a commutable distance to Irving, TX.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SQL data analytics skills.
• Experience with R, Python or other programming languages.
• Experience with Databricks and PowerBI or comparable tools.
