Salary: $72,000–$100,000 USD per year

What you will do

• Deliver consistent reporting and analysis to provide insights on attracting, developing, and retaining associates.
• Uncover insights from quantitative and qualitative data to influence business outcomes.
• Support senior HR and Recruiting leadership across Services & Sales Operations teams.
• Collaborate with internal People Analytics and HR partners.
• Influence product and analytics roadmaps aligned with Sales & Services priorities.

Requirements

• Must be located within a commutable distance to Irving, TX or Stamford, CT, USA.
• 4+ years of professional experience in analytics, HR, or consulting.
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and ability to communicate with senior leadership.
• Familiarity with SQL; experience with R, Python, Databricks, and PowerBI preferred.
• No visa sponsorship available now or in the future.
