What you will do

• Collaborate on the design system, assessing its state and closing the gap between design specs and implementation.
• Build and ship UI components and tokens while evolving standards with the wider design and engineering community.
• Develop and evangelize a point of view on AI-assisted UI development through experimentation.
• Maintain the AI tooling layer, including LLM-consumable documentation and coding workflows.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve user experience through tooling that makes high-quality development easy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience at the intersection of design and engineering.
• Deep fluency in design tokens, component architecture, theming, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both polished design and production-quality code.
• Proven ability to influence technical and design teams through craft and clear communication.
• Must have experience evolving complex design systems.

Nice to have

• Prior experience building LLM-driven tooling or Claude skills.
• Expertise in creating codegen workflows for frontend development.
