TL;DR

Recruiter (Contract): Manage full-lifecycle recruiting for senior and hard-to-fill roles in Go To Market teams with an accent on strategic sourcing, talent branding, and data-driven hiring. Focus on developing tailored recruiting strategies, building diverse talent pipelines, and enhancing candidate and hiring manager experience.

Location: San Francisco, California, USA with remote, onsite, and hybrid work options within the United States.

Salary: $50 - $60 USD per hour (contract basis)

What you will do

  • Develop relationships with business leaders to understand needs and recommend recruiting strategies for senior and hard-to-fill roles.
  • Implement recruiting strategies to fill openings and build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Proactively source candidates through networking, research, and events.
  • Drive adoption of Hiring for Success and improve hiring processes and tools.
  • Assist in onboarding and mentoring new team members and lead small projects.
  • Represent hirify.global at social media, networking events, and conferences.

Requirements

  • Must have 3+ years of full-lifecycle recruiting experience in technology, including sales and marketing roles.
  • Proven ability to develop and implement sourcing strategies and build diverse pipelines.
  • Strong communication skills to influence and advise business leaders.
  • Passion for social media, internet research, and talent branding.
  • Data-driven problem-solving approach and dedication to excellent candidate experience.
  • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
