What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for media production and broadcast engineering roles on a project basis.
• Handle 10-15 open requisitions simultaneously, adapting to project-driven hiring needs.
• Source candidates using platforms like HireEZ, LinkedIn, and Boolean search.
• Assess and interview candidates to ensure fit for projects and clients.
• Build partnerships with hiring managers and provide market insights.
• Lead offer negotiations including compensation and benefits.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA and able to work remotely.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in media production and broadcast engineering.
• Strong knowledge of broadcast media and live event production industries.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, G Suite, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Nice to have

• Staffing agency experience.
• Familiarity with JobVite, Ashby, or Monday.com.
