TL;DR

Location: Must be based in Vienna, Austria

Salary: €15,750 per year (gross) + performance bonus

What you will do

  • Engage with prospective sports studio partners across the Italian market through proactive outbound and inbound outreach.
  • Act as the first point of contact, qualifying leads and scheduling product demos for Sales Executives.
  • Maintain and update CRM records to ensure accurate lead tracking and effective follow-ups.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to improve lead handover processes and refine outreach strategies.
  • Assist with special projects, industry reports, and representation at sports fairs and events.

Requirements

  • Must be currently enrolled as a full-time university student
  • Native level Italian and fluent English proficiency required
  • Strong communication and pitching skills for customer-facing interactions
  • High energy, self-motivation, and a proactive growth mindset
  • Genuine passion for sports and the fitness industry
  • Strong team spirit with the ability to work effectively across departments

Nice to have

  • Previous experience working with CRM tools
  • Fluency in additional languages
