TL;DR

Account Delivery Manager (Commercial Real Estate): Managing post-sale client deliverables and event sponsorship coordination with an accent on operational excellence and client satisfaction. Focus on owning the end-to-end sponsor experience for high-impact media and event campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Location: Must be based in Los Angeles, CA. This role follows a hybrid schedule (4 days in-office) in Los Angeles.

Salary: $50,000–$55,000 a year.

What you will do

  • Act as the primary point of contact for event sponsorship clients after the initial sale.
  • Coordinate all post-sale deliverables, including digital collateral, attendee lists, and event logistics.
  • Ensure seamless execution of ad campaigns and event preparations by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Communicate effectively with internal sales, production, and accounting departments to meet client needs.
  • Analyze event feedback to identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation.
  • Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients to support account growth.

Requirements

  • Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without sponsorship.
  • Must be able to work on-site 4 days a week in Los Angeles.
  • Prior exposure to sales environments and event planning.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple client deliverables simultaneously.
  • Experience with analytics and inventory management is preferred.
  • Willingness to travel 2–3 days per month to West Coast cities.
