What you will do

• Partner with EAME leadership to translate business priorities into technology and digital roadmaps.
• Execute regional strategies aligned with global IT&D visions.
• Oversee delivery of services including ERP, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and data platforms.
• Lead large-scale technology transformation programs and modernization initiatives.
• Manage regional IT budgets and portfolio governance.
• Develop and mentor high-performing IT&D teams across the region.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Germany, Poland, France, Netherlands, Spain, or Israel
• 5+ years of IT leadership experience in large global, matrixed organizations.
• Proven track record of managing multi-country IT operations and transformation programs.
• Broad expertise across applications, ERP, infrastructure, and cybersecurity.
• Language: Fluency in English is required
• Master’s degree in IT, Information Systems, or a related field.
