Location: Hybrid work with minimum 2 days per week in Warsaw or Copenhagen office

What you will do

  • Develop and implement enterprise-wide risk management aligned with business objectives and group requirements.
  • Advise senior leadership on risk exposure and business impact to optimize risk management.
  • Oversee internal control systems and governance frameworks.
  • Collaborate with business units to embed risk policies in daily operations.
  • Manage risk reporting and transparency to senior management and governance bodies.
  • Lead and mentor a risk management team of 12 members, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Requirements

  • Location: Must work hybrid with presence in Warsaw or Copenhagen offices
  • English language proficiency required (application in English)
  • Proven senior leadership experience in risk management and internal controls.
  • Strong strategic thinking, accountability, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
  • Experience in crisis and incident management.
  • Ability to design and implement target operating models for risk functions.
