TL;DR

Business Manager (Finance): Supporting the CFO Chief Product Owner and management team in the strategic planning and execution of data, reporting, and technology agendas with an accent on coordinating cross-tribe objectives and performance management. Focus on facilitating strategic planning cycles, alignment across Finance, Risk, and IT domains, and overseeing communication and staff engagement.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Utrecht (NL) for a hybrid work arrangement.

Salary: €7,408 – €10,582 gross monthly (scale 11).

What you will do

  • Plan and execute the strategic planning cycle at the CFO CPO level.
  • Coordinate strategy, roadmap development, and performance dialogues across five CFO tribes.
  • Support the CFO CPO in aligning execution agendas with CFO, CRO, and CITO priorities.
  • Manage the communication and staff engagement calendar for the CFO CPO function.
  • Facilitate strategic and tactical planning sessions, including management team meetings and off-sites.
  • Coordinate budgeting and medium-term planning processes in collaboration with CFO BU Control.

Requirements

  • Academic degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 10 years of total professional work experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in business management and project management.
  • Proven track record in consulting or change management roles.
  • Extensive knowledge of the financial services industry.
