What you will do

• Support, lead, and facilitate strategy project teams, guiding them through necessary dialogue and analysis.
• Structure decision situations and translate business context into abstract analytical models for quantitative analysis, including financial models.
• Prepare and communicate high-quality insights to provide senior management with a solid basis for decision-making.
• Help internal stakeholders apply best practices and improve mindset towards decision-making under uncertainty.

Requirements

• Completed quantitative study at master or PhD level (e.g., operations research, economics, econometrics, mathematics, engineering, or physics).
• 10+ years of experience, including strategy/management consulting from Top tier consulting firms, or similar background.
• Experience in structuring, simplifying, and solving strategy problems, including problem structuring, financial analysis, and financial modeling.
• Demonstrated seniority in facilitating senior stakeholders through structured dialogue in a complex organization.
• Demonstrated experience in leading strategy projects for senior decision-makers.
• Affinity with finance or (business) economics is essential.
