Location: Must be based in Ottawa, Canada

Salary: CAD $99,800 – $120,000 OTE per year

What you will do

  • Develop and execute territory growth strategies to meet assigned sales quotas.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to pipeline ownership and closing.
  • Conduct professional product presentations highlighting business value to potential partners.
  • Maintain high data accuracy and pipeline visibility within SFDC.
  • Collaborate with Sales Leadership to refine sales methodologies and account engagement tactics.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities to attach additional hirify.global products to existing prospects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in SaaS or MSP sales roles.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting complex technical and business concepts.
  • Expertise in structured sales methodologies and CRM tools like SFDC.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in Canada.
