What you will do

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing Revenue Operations team focused on international markets.
  • Partner with senior leadership and sales teams to develop and operationalize revenue strategies aligned with growth objectives.
  • Identify and implement improvements to global revenue workflows and systems including Salesforce, CPQ, Stripe, and Netsuite.
  • Develop accurate global sales forecasts and establish realistic targets and quotas across regions.
  • Prepare and present sales performance reports and actionable insights to leadership and stakeholders.
  • Conduct revenue analytics to identify growth opportunities and performance risks, translating data into practical recommendations.

Requirements

  • Must be based in or able to work within the United Kingdom with a flexible hybrid work environment.
  • 5+ years of people leadership experience and 8+ years in operations, sales, consulting, finance, or related analytical roles.
  • Strong experience with Salesforce Einstein/CRM, Looker, advanced Excel/Google Sheets, and sales metric tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in high-growth B2B SaaS or tech environments.
  • Excellent communication skills, including experience engaging with senior leadership.
  • Strong analytical and operational thinking skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
